The 145th Airlift Wing Force Support Squadron’s new Disaster Relief Mobile Kitchen Trailer (DRMKT) is prepped for use while outside of the Dining Facility at North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte Douglas International Airport, December 9, 2020. The 145th Airlift Wing is the second unit to receive the DRMKT which can be used to provide up to 960 meals per hour to locations affected by natural disasters.
For the past few months the leadership of the 145th Airlift Wing have recorded uplifting messages to the Airmen prior to drill. This month, Command Chief Master Sgt. Susan A. Dietz provides a Happy New Year message, highlighting our accomplishments in 2020 and looking ahead at 2021.

Since March, one of Charlotte’s local food distribution centers, Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina, has been serving those in need and helping the community to get by in these difficult times.
