U.S. Air Force Colonel Bryony Terrell, 145th Airlift Wing Commander, visited the Security Forces Squadron at the North Carolina Air National Guard Base, Charlotte-Douglas International Airport, Tuesday, Dec 10, 2019 . Colonel Terrell’s visit consisted of touring their building, visiting the base gate and learning more about the day-to-day activities they perform.
Members of the 118th ASOS from the 145th Airlift Wing in Charlotte, North Carolina participated in their Annual Occupational Fitness Test this past December Drill weekend.
The test is occupationally specific and operationally relevant and required for this career field. It consists of 10 parts, ranging from medicine ball throws and grip tests to pull-ups and oxygen readings based on increased physical activity known as V02 Max.
