Ms. El Shawahin’s poster features research that investigates the short- and long-term changes in different organs due to blast-induced traumatic brain injury (bTBI) using a mouse model. These findings provide a foundation for developing diagnostic tools and therapeutic strategies to address long-term effects of bTBI in military and civilian populations.
