    The research team’s poster features a study assessing the usefulness of a new methodology to measure cellular-level changes in mitochondria after a traumatic brain injury (TBI) by freezing samples prior to analysis. The study found this new method to be highly successful and overcame the limitations of the traditional methods, broadening the capability to monitor and diagnose TBI using frozen samples.
