U.S. Marines and Navy Sailors with Task Force Koa Moana 16-4 receive a safety brief prior to a range during Croix Du Sud in Plum, New Caledonia, Nov. 11, 2016. Croix Du Sud is a multi-national, humanitarian assistance disaster relief and non-combatant evacuation operation exercise conducted every two years to prepare nations in the event of a cyclone in the South Pacific.
