GULF OF ADEN (Nov. 28, 2016) Petty Officer 3rd Class Billy Sweat, from Amherst, Va., conducts preservation maintenance on the wildcat aboard the guided-missile cruiser USS San Jacinto (CG 56). Sweat serves aboard the San Jacinto as a boatswain’s mate, and is responsible for shipboard preservation, line handling, and maintenance. San Jacinto, deployed as part of the Eisenhower Carrier Strike Group, is supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
