KAMPALA, Uganda (Nov. 28, 2016) Petty Officer 1st Class Tyler Brooks, assigned to Explosive Ordinance Disposal Mobile Unit 8, Task Force SPARTA, teaches ground sign awareness (GSA) as part of the Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Phase II curriculum to soldiers from the Uganda People’s Defense Force.
