ARABIAN GULF (Oct. 8, 2016) Seaman Moises Arreola, from Atlanta, directs aircraft from the carrier air traffic control center (CATCC) of the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) (Ike). Arreola serves aboard Ike as an air traffic controller, monitoring and controlling the flow of aircraft traffic. Ike and its Carrier Strike Group are deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
