SAN DIEGO (Oct. 10, 2016) - Petty Officer 2nd Class William Tomlinson, a native of Lancaster, Penn., mans his security watch as the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68) pulls into Naval Air Station North Island. Nimitz successfully completed a six-day sea trials officially marking the completion of a 20-month extended planned incremental availability.
