Chris Grady is piped off after a change of command ceremony held on board Assault Craft Unit Four (ACU 4) at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story. Grady departs to become commander, U.S. Sixth Fleet. COMNAVSURFLANT is one of the six United States Naval Type Commands.
