    On July 23, Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Southeast awarded a $94.7 million contract to BL Harbert International LLC to construct a modern, four-story Weapons Generation Facility (WGF) dormitory at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, with completion scheduled by February 20, 2029.
