WHINSEC Awards and Recognition Ceremony

Today, WHINSEC held its monthly Awards and Recognition Ceremony. Recognized were: Maj. José M. Rondón; Maj. Samuel Díaz Torres; Lt. Col. Milton R. Meza; Sgt. Maj. André Biscaro - Senior Army Instructor Badge. Maj Jose Julia, Lt. Col. Diego Cortes, and Maj. Jose M. Yegros Caballero were awarded the Basic Army Instructor Badge. The Silver Pen Certificate was presented to Maj. Matthew A. Hughes for his publication, "Lessons In the Dragon's Layer, A People's Liberations Army Professional Military Education Engagement with Latin America and the Caribbean. Lt. Col.
