    SAN ANTONIO - (June 7, 2019) Cmdr. Jeffrey Reynolds of Raleigh, N.C., former commanding officer of Navy Recruiting District (NRD) San Antonio, is congratulated by Capt. Glen O’Loughlin, commodore, Navy Recruiting Region West, after a change of command ceremony held at The Alamo. Following the ceremony, Reynolds, a Naval aviator, retired from America’s Navy with nearly 21 years of faithful and honorable service.
