SAN ANTONIO - (June 7, 2019) Captain (Ret) John "Gucci" Malfiano of Peral River, NY, 30-YR Naval Veteran, spoke to attendees during a change of command ceremony held at The Alamo. Following the speech, Cmdr. Jeffrey Reynolds of Raleigh, N.C., former commanding officer of Navy Recruiting District (NRD) San Antonio, was retired from America’s Navy with nearly 21 years of faithful and honorable service. Reynolds’ area of responsibility included 34 Navy Recruiting Stations and Navy Officer Recruiting Stations spread throughout 144,000 square miles of Texas territory. (Photo by Mr. Andrew C.
