SAN ANTONO – (June 7, 2019) An Unknown Sailor "Orders Arms" after Cmdr. Jeffrey Reynolds of Raleigh, N.C., former commanding officer of Navy Recruiting District (NRD) San Antonio is "Piped Ashore” after relinquishing command of Navy Recruiting District San Antonio during a Change of Command Ceremony held at The Alamo. During the ceremony, Reynolds retired honorably from Naval Service. Reynolds’ area of responsibility included 34 Navy Recruiting Stations and Navy Officer Recruiting Stations spread throughout 144,000 square miles of Texas territory. (Photo by Mr. Andrew C.
