    Continuing Promise, executed by U.S. Naval Forces Southern Command / U.S. 4th Fleet, is one of U.S. Southern Command’s premier efforts to bring health care, humanitarian assistance and civic support to communities in Latin America and the Caribbean on behalf of the people of the United States.
