Marine veteran Casey Robinson from Santa Cruz, Calif., will compete in the 2012 Warrior Games in Colorado Springs, Colo., April 30-May 5. Robinson, 30, will compete in the cycling competition. Robinson was involved in two attacks in Iraq, one in 2003 when his vehicle was hit by an enemy mortar and one in 2005 when his team was attacked with an improvised explosive device.
More than 200 wounded, ill or injured service members from the Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard and Special Operations Command are scheduled to compete in the Paralympic-style competition.
