JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii - Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Jessica Smith, assigned to Navy Reserve Center Pearl Harbor (NRC), Hawaii, was named the Navy Reserve Force Shore Sailor of the Year.
