Mr. Marcus Fichtl receives the Master Communicator of the Year award at the 2026 Public Affairs Forum in Alexandria, VA., May 29, 2026. The forum, hosted by the Army Communications and Outreach Office, recognized winners of the annual Maj. Gen. Keith L. Ware Awards, as well as the 2026 Spc. Hilda I.
