Shelia Fourman, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Seattle District, accepts the Command Information Organization of the Year (Small Division) award at the 2026 Public Affairs Forum in Alexandria, VA., May 29, 2026. The forum, hosted by the Army Communications and Outreach Office, recognized winners of the annual Maj. Gen. Keith L. Ware Awards, as well as the 2026 Spc. Hilda I.
