Mr. David Adams, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Baltimore District, accepts the Clark Taylor Civilian Videographer of the Year award at the 2026 Public Affairs Forum in Alexandria, VA., May 29, 2026. The award is named for Taylor who served as the first enlisted station manager of an American Forces Network station. The forum, hosted by the Army Communications and Outreach Office, recognized winners of the annual Maj. Gen. Keith L. Ware Awards, as well as the 2026 Spc. Hilda I.
