Competing in the CrossFit Games requires an unbreakable mind, a relentless engine, and the willingness to suffer for the inch that separates good from great. Throughout the three- day competition, only three teams will punch their tickets to the CrossFit Games in San Jose, CA, and only one will take the Syndicate Crown.
