Master Sgt. Matt Gray is recognized as the Sgt. Maj. Dawn Kilpatrick Memorial AUSA Scholarship recipient at the 2026 Public Affairs Forum in Alexandria, VA., May 29, 2026. The forum, hosted by the Army Communications and Outreach Office, recognized winners of the annual Maj. Gen. Keith L. Ware Awards, as well as the 2026 Spc. Hilda I. Clayton Best Combat Camera Competition winners. It also included discussions of the career field by global Public Affairs leaders. Gray will be formally recognized by the Sgt.
