A local Lao worker takes a raffle ticket during the end of a Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency mission in the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, March 28, 2026. At the end of the mission, Recovery Team 2 donated supplies to the local village as thanks for their work and support of the DPAA mission to provide the fullest possible accounting of missing U.S. personnel to their families and the nation.
