Airmen with the 155th Security Forces Squadron and 155th Medical Group carefully analyze and assess a simulated casualty in a medical tent at the Nebraska National Guard air base in Lincoln, Nebraska, Feb. 6, 2026. The casualty event was one of many training events which took place during the 155th Air Refueling Wing’s Combat Readiness Inspection. The four-day exercise provided several training scenarios which replicated the pressures and challenges of real-world adversarial strikes. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Staff Sgt. Noah Carlson)
