Airmen with the 155th Security Forces Squadron and 155th Medical Group transition a casualty to a higher level of medical care following a simulated drone attack at the Nebraska National Guard air base in Lincoln, Nebraska, Feb. 6, 2026. The Airmen stabilized the casualty and coordinated patient movement to enable continued medical treatment.
