Airmen with the 155th Security Forces Squadron and 155th Medical Group prepare to transition a casualty onto a stretcher following a simulated drone attack at the Nebraska National Guard air base in Lincoln, Nebraska, Feb. 6, 2026. The Airmen provided tactical combat casualty care and coordinated patient movement to enable rapid evacuation to a higher level of medical care. The simulated attack was part of a Combat Readiness Inspection designed to replicate the pressures and challenges of real-world adversarial strikes. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Staff Sgt.
