Culture media is added to mini bioreactor to be used in AMBR 250 12-Way Bioreactor system by DEVCOM CBC research biologists Jessica Paradysz and Nathan McDonald. The AMBR 250 is a new capability within the DoD to optimize fermentation conditions at small scale (250mL) prior to pilot-scale biomanufacturing.
