The interior of a military transport aircraft configured for aeromedical evacuation is shown, with medical equipment, litter systems, and supply bags secured to the cargo floor. Several civilians or officials appear to be touring or inspecting the aircraft's medical capabilities. The aircraft features the characteristic ribbed fuselage walls, roller-track flooring, and overhead lighting typical of a C-130 or similar military cargo/medevac aircraft.

Tinker's Honorary Commanders were given an immersive tour of the C-130 Hercules FuT, or fuselage trainer, during Partnership Day at the 137th Special Operations Wing at the Will Rogers Oklahoma Air National Guard Base Nov. 13. The training aircraft is used to train aeromedical evacuation personnel how to reconfigure the insides of an aircraft to meet medical needs and how to care for patients at altitude.
