An older man with white hair and beard, wearing a lime green t-shirt and a lanyard with an ID badge, is working at a worn workbench in what appears to be a warehouse or industrial facility. He is applying or removing a red label from a cardboard box labeled 'Reusable Fast Pack XA-6, 14x14x16 CU, 2.008 WT, 5 LBS' with a stock number '8115-00-134-3958'. Several packing and cutting tools are visible on the workbench surface.

William Willis, an employee with New View Oklahoma, paints a final finish on a cardboard box to be refurbished and reused. New View Oklahoma has saved the Defense Logistics Agency $22.4 million since 2012 with their refurbishment of wood and cardboard boxes. As an Ability One affiliate agency, New View provides employment opportunities to people who are blind or vision impaired. The group was recently recognized by retired Brig. Gen. Ben Robinson, the State of Oklahoma's Secretary of Military and Veterans Affairs, for their empowering work during October's National Disability Employment Awareness Month.
