The staff of the U.S. Army’s Program Executive Office Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI) celebrated the Army’s 250th birthday at PEO STRI headquarters in Orlando, Florida, on June 13 with a traditional cake-cutting ceremony and barbecue. Brig. Gen. Christine A. Beeler, program executive officer, represented the senior Soldier and Maj. Hank Christiansen represented the most junior Soldier present at PEO STRI. Also, Lee A. James III, SES, deputy program executive officer, represented the senior Army civilian and Callum James represented the most junior civilian employee present at PEO STRI.
