A female soldier in U.S. Army OCP (Operational Camouflage Pattern) uniform stands in the foreground on a flight line apron with arms crossed, posing for a portrait-style photograph. Behind her, a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter is parked on the tarmac with a group of soldiers gathered around it, apparently conducting pre-flight or maintenance activities. The setting appears to be a military airfield with green hills and dramatic cloudy skies in the background.

FORT RILEY, Kan. — Army ROTC Cadet Kasey Jacobs, a nursing student from Baylor University, stands in front of a UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter at Marshall Army Airfield, July 31. Jacobs, who is attending college on a four-year ROTC scholarship, toured the airfield alongside other cadets participating in the Nurse Summer Training Program (NSTP) at Irwin Army Community Hospital. The event concluded with a familiarization flight over the Kansas Flint Hills, providing the future Army Nurse Corps officer with a hands-on look at active-duty aviation platforms and the environment of airborne patient transport.
