Master Sgt. Amanda Detar, U.S. Space Command Security, Cooperation Strategy, Plans and Programs Division joint planner, briefs approximately 40 fellows from National Defense University’s Keystone course in Colorado Springs, Colorado, Jan. 12, 2026. During her brief, she highlighted Multinational Force - Operation OLYMPIC DEFENDER and noted the recent success of the second bilateral on-orbit operation between the U.S. and France in December 2025. The Keystone Course educates senior enlisted leaders currently serving in or selected to serve in general or flag officer-level joint headquarters or service headquarters that could be assigned as a joint task force. USSPACECOM works with senior leaders across the Department of War and our allies to foster a warfighting culture and promote professional growth, which is instrumental to the rapidly advancing capabilities of the Joint Force.
