A group of military personnel in camouflage uniforms are conducting nighttime concrete repair operations on what appears to be an airfield or runway. They are working with a specialized concrete mixing/dispensing vehicle, spreading and leveling freshly poured concrete using long-handled tools. The scene is illuminated by bright work lights mounted on the vehicle, with steam rising from the fresh concrete.
