Military personnel are conducting airfield operations on a tarmac, with one soldier in camouflage uniform and face mask walking alongside a CAT skid-steer loader operated by another service member. A large U.S. Air Force aircraft, identifiable as a KC-10 Extender tanker, is visible in the background on the flight line. The setting appears to be a U.S. Air Force base with mountains visible in the distance.
