A military training exercise is taking place on a paved outdoor area, likely a base or airfield. Two instructors or evaluators facing away from the camera are addressing a group of approximately 15-20 uniformed personnel standing in a semicircle. The text 'TRNG ONLY' visible on one vest confirms this is a training scenario, not a combat deployment.
