Two military personnel in woodland camouflage uniforms and protective masks are repairing a crack or hole in a concrete surface, likely an airfield runway or taxiway. One soldier is pouring a cement/concrete mixture from a white bucket while the other uses a trowel to spread the material. Additional military personnel and heavy equipment are visible in the background, suggesting a larger airfield damage repair exercise or operation.
