MAJURO, Republic of the Marshall Islands (June 5, 2025) – Forward-deployed U.S. Navy submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) departed the Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI) after a scheduled port visit, June 5, 2025. Frank Cable’s visit to the RMI marked the first stop on its patrol in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
The Emory S. Land-class submarine tender, USS Frank Cable (AS 40), returned to its homeport in Apra Harbor, Guam, on Oct. 6, after completing a regular overhaul at Mare Island Dry Dock, in Vallejo, California.
