JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii â Pacific Commercial Services, Inc., based in Kapolei, Hawaii, has been awarded a $12,253,852 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for environmental waste management services, effective Jan. 30, within the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Hawaii area of responsibility.
