Rear Admiral Stephen Barnett, commander of Navy Region Hawaii, joins the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Hawaii's Emergency Urgent Routine Shop team at the newly updated security entry point facility at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam on April 4, 2025. The project brought together the expertise of electricians, plumbers, painters and carpenters transforming the space into a functional facility for security personnel. Rear Adm.
