Rona Green, Commanding Officer, Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command New England during an awards presentation, Sept. 5, 2025. The command recognized Garcia-Allen for her instrumental efforts during the 2024 annual influenza central point of distribution campaign where she coordinated the delivery of 3,000 influenza vaccines to active duty and federal employees.
