250905-N-OV429-1003: NEWPORT, RI (September 5, 2025). Petty Officer Second Class Devin Pelletier was presented the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal by Capt. Rona Green, Commanding Officer, Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command New England during an awards presentation, Sept. 5, 2025. Pelletier was presented the award for his service as senior line Corpsman with Golf Company, 2d Battalion, 25th Marine Regiment, 4th Marine Division. Pelletier displayed exceptional leadership, initiative, and medical proficiency in support of more than 1,246 Marines during an Integrated Training Exercise. He led eight tactical combat casualty care trainings and six physical training sessions. He certified six junior Corpsmen and 42 Marines in combat lifesaver skills, conducted two medical evacuations (MEDEVAC), six non-emergent patient evacuations, and performed 17 minor procedures. He also provided direct medical support to 135 Marines, treated multiple simulated casualties, and enforced heat mitigation protocols that resulted in a 98 percent return-to-duty rate.
