A loading machine grabs logs stacked by the processer and arranges them to be taken by logging trucks. Timber and logging companies, Sierra Pacific Industries and Peterson Timber, work an active timber harvest sale in the McBride Plantation area just southwest of Mount Shasta on the Shasta-Trinity National Forest in February 2023.
