YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 11, 2025) Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Services Policy and Oversight Susan Orsega presents a coin to Hospital Corpsman 3rd Class (HM3) Datrin J. Chambers following a town hall held at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka’s (CFAY) auditorium. Chambers was recognized for his contributions as a Preventive Medicine Technician by training and certifying 170 temporary food handlers, approving 30 temporary food establishment applications, and conducting 40 rigorous food sanitation inspections in preparation for CFAY’s Spring Fest, an open base event that was attended by more than 55,000 people.
