YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 11, 2025) Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Services Policy and Oversight Susan Orsega presents a coin to U.S. Naval Hospital (USNH) Yokosuka’s Lt. Nicole Kollars who has excelled in diverse roles such as charge nurse and volunteer in the emergency room department. Kollars also spearheaded initiatives like the Unit Practice Council to foster shared governance and pursued impactful projects, including improving newborn hypothermia processes.
