U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Bernard Phillips, Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA) recovery team explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) technician, looks up a mountain slope during a recovery mission in South Korea, June 6, 2024.
