ChaTom (CT) Warren, EFO-South Officer-in-Charge, and Dereck Wansing (right), National Local Government Liaison met a City of Houma resident, Martin Dickerson, a recent Blue Roof recipient Sept. 29, in Houma, LA to discuss their satisfaction with the process and the blue roof protection that it has provided during a recent storm in the area.
