Adm. John Aquilino, commander of U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM), is piped aboard during the USINDOPACOM change of command ceremony. During the ceremony, Aquilino relieved Adm. Philip Davidson as USINDOPACOM commander.
