NORFOLK, Va. (Oct. 4, 2017) Sonar Technician (Submarine) Third Class James Porter, a native of Hanaford, Ca., assigned to the Pre-Commissioning Unit (PCU) Washington (SSN 787) secures a hose for cleaning on the topside of the submarine prior to the commissioning ceremony on 7 Oct 2017.
