FORT HUNTER LIGGETT, Calif. (May 15, 2017) Steelworker 3rd Class Zachery Goodson, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 4, cuts concrete around a spall in order to repair the damage from a simulated airstrike at Fort Hunter Liggett, Calif., during the battalions’ field training exercise. The exercise gives Seabees the opportunity to practice and apply seabee combat warfare skills, provide host nation security support and stay mission ready in a simulated environment intended to replicate in-country operations.
